It was my first time here and I enjoyed the experience. I appreciated that I was able to book online which was so convenient. Receiving appointment confirmations and appointments reminders via email and text was helpful. The salon was clean and aesthetic was warm and welcoming. Staff was all friendly. I appreciated that there were picture examples to pick the lash look you want. I’ve been to some salons where the technician was annoyed that I didn’t know which length lashes or look I wanted. This was not the case at Lumin Lash. My lash technician was Jan and she was gentle, thorough, and kind, and she walked me through the process. Will be booking my next appointment soon. Recommend this salon for clients in the Rosenberg area.
I absolutely love the service at Lumin Lash! Kat was amazing—she made me feel so comfortable and really took the time to understand exactly how I wanted my lashes to look. The results were perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with how my lashes turned out. Highly recommend!
